Q: What are your skating goals, both short-term and long-term?
My short term goals for this season are to establish a strong partnership, compete Junior Pairs at US Nationals, and be selected for ISP/Team USA, competing internationally within the next year or two. My long term goals would be to compete Junior or Senior pairs internationally in higher level competitions and work towards making the Olympic Team.
Q: What qualities do you possess that would make you a good partner?
I love skating and am very passionate about it. I am very hardworking and driven, and am willing to do whatever it takes to make my goals a reality. I always aim to do my best, making corrections as needed and putting forth my best effort and energy into what I do. I love taking on challenges and am not afraid to take risks or try new things. I enjoy skating with a partner and working hard together as a team.
Extra comments:
I’m competing Novice singles for the 24-25 season. I have a 2A and am working towards a 3S and 3T. I’ve been training pairs with the Oakton Edge Skating Academy and have been learning pairs elements quickly. I love doing throw jumps and death spirals the most and am excited to see my growth as a pairs skater!
