Q: What are your skating goals, both short-term and long-term?
Short-Term Goal
To find a motivated and committed ice dance partner to quickly build a strong technical foundation. Develop a strong on- and off-ice connection, effective communication, and a clear team identity, while focusing on edge quality, skating skills, musicality, and precision of elements. Begin building structured programs with serious coaching support in a positive, disciplined training environment.
Medium-Term Goal
To reach a competitive junior level and represent Canada on the Junior Grand Prix circuit, developing technically solid and artistically distinctive programs while maintaining consistent and structured progression.
Long-Term Goal
To build a stable and long-term ice dance partnership aiming for the highest international level. Represent Canada at the World Championships, Four Continents Championships, and the Olympic Games, striving for technical excellence, artistic quality, competitive consistency, and world-class performance within a professional, respectful, and fully committed partnership.
Q: What qualities do you possess that would make you a good partner?
I am a calm, composed, and focused person. I place great importance on work ethic, discipline, and consistency in training, all in a positive atmosphere. As a skater, I have a solid technical foundation and deep, precise edges. I also attach great importance to artistic and choreographic exploration in order to create something polished and unique to our partnership. I value teamwork, communication, and maintaining a healthy, respectful, and positive atmosphere, which I consider essential to the success of a long-term partnership.
