Q: What are your skating goals, both short-term and long-term?
My short-term goal is to return to Canadian Nationals next year and continue improving my results and overall ranking. I am highly motivated to develop as a team with the aim of being considered for international assignments and, ultimately, becoming part of the NextGen team. I am looking for a partner who shares my love for ice dance, enjoys the process, and can have fun while still working hard. I value commitment, strong work ethic, and someone who is comfortable being challenged and pushed to reach their full potential.
My long-term goal is to represent Canada at the senior level as part of a strong, committed ice dance team.
Q: What qualities do you possess that would make you a good partner?
I’m a committed and hardworking skater who is focused on constant improvement. I enjoy challenging myself, staying open to new ideas, and pushing beyond my comfort zone. I pick things up quickly and pay close attention. As a partner, I’m supportive and reliable, value clear communication, and work well with feedback. I care about building a strong team where we can push each other while still enjoying the process.
Extra comments:
I’ve been training in ballet for 14 years and am currently challenging my RAD Solo Seal exam, which has really helped with strength, flexibility, and performance quality on the ice. I naturally spin clockwise, but in my previous partnership I trained to spin both ways, so I’m comfortable doing either. I’m open, motivated, and excited to find the right partner, don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or want to connect!
